To help make breast cancer survivors more comfortable during treatment and recovery.

Campaign Details

Project Pink'd was created by cancer survivors for survivors who were currently in recovery. Complimentary chemotherapy, surgical and radiation kits were developed for breast cancer survivors to address each modality of treatment. Project Pink’d selected the items that went into each kit by consulting breast cancer survivors, who were already involved with the organization, using their recommendations about what would likely benefit survivors in recovery throughout treatment. With each of the three kits, there were different items that corresponded with that modality of treatment all housed in a branded canvas tote that recipients could continue to use after treatment. Each bag was roughly worth $100, including the promo items and wellness products.

Over 800 branded kits were delivered over a one-year period to breast cancer survivors in Northeastern and Western Iowa.
